Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the original order number as proof of purchase.

Returns & Refunds

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@thebeachbumscpt.com so that we can process the request for you and provide you with our returns address. Once your return request has been reviewed and accepted, we will send you delivery details for the courier, and will process your return within 10 business days after receiving the item. Note that it may take some additional time for your bank to facilitate the refund on their end.

Refund will be processed on the amount paid for your product. All delivery and courier fees are non-refundable. Please note that all returns need to be done by trackable courier (alternatively we can arrange a drop off point within Cape Town).
